Oh, LEO...

I was extremely lucky this semester
to have a class with
3 of my dearest friends,
Whitney, Caitlin and Amy.
I have never had so much fun
in a class that i absolutely HATE.
None of us liked our teacher at all.
One day, we all got chewed out for
texting, being disrespectful, and
"pissing off" (yes she actually said this)
our teacher....
We were all dumbfounded, because
we weren't being that way at all,
but soon realized she was just having a bad day,
and she has little man syndrome....
So, today being our last day, we celebrated by
taking a picture of being so called
DISRESPECTFUL.
I am going to miss this class so much,
because we had so much fun
talking about how ridiculous the class was.
We had so many awesome memories
that I will never forget.
To name a few...

Lil: "Whitney, you really need to see the dentist."
Amy: "Whitney, do you have a problem?"

Leo & her husband with matching clogs...

The asian sob story & Caitlin busting out laughing...

Leo always trying to one-up everyone in the class...

Whitney one-upping Leo's 80 year old grandma...

Our favorite girls on the front row with magazines,
I-tunes, planners, and the internet & NEVER getting in trouble...

Lil: "HEEEYYY HEEEYYYYYYY HEEEEYYYYYYYY"
Amy: "SSSSSSSHHHHHHHH!!!"
Katherine: "SHUT-UP! YOU ARE SO TONE DEAF!!"

Leo talking about how buff she is & it having
NOTHING to do with the lecture...

Caitlin being quizzed to no end about MS...

Leo sitting behind us for every guest lecture
agreeing with every WORD being said...

Leo claiming braces and bra's cause cancer...

Us being called the most disrespectful girls
she has ever seen in her 15 years of teaching..

I loved this class, but am way too excited
I never have to go to it again....

Delta Gamma, Here's To You..

DG Formal is probably one of the best days of the semester.
Getting dressed up is so much fun,
and getting pictures with everyone is so great.
Since this was my last formal,
I tried to treasure the night as much as I could.
I loved my new dress, my hair curled perfectly,
and my date was so much fun.
It was extra awesome, because my brother TImmy,
one of my best friends, was able to be there with me to celebrate.
But it wasn't how everyone looked,
or what new dress someone bought this time.
It was about being with my sisters that I loved so dearly.
As I danced to "Shook Me" by ACDC for the last time,
and rocked out with my sisters,
it was one of the most memorable moments of my life.

My last meeting was on Monday,
and of course it was a flawless night.
Dinner by Pam tasted delicious,
and there was a perfect candle passing
by one of my pledge sisters, Masha.
Crew 22 was able to get a picture together,
even though most of us weren't there.
Crew 22 seriously is the BEST PLEDGE CLASS.
No debate on that one.
The Senior Meeting, best meeting of the year,
was of course so enjoyable.
The movie I made for the seniors couldn't have gone better.
Hearing funny memories from the past
and reminiscing about old times was just great.
I sat by my best friend, Jane the entire meeting,
just like we did our first meeting in DG.
We started together, and ended together.

Delta Gamma is the best decision I have ever made.
I have had more fun times, more laughs, and more memories
than I ever could have imagined.
I had no idea the impact DG would have on me.
It was sad having my last meeting,
but it has been the best 3 years of my life so far.
I am so excited to start a new chapter in my life.
I love the sisters I have made through Delta Gamma,
and wouldn't trade them, or the experiences I have had
for anything.
I love Delta Gamma with all my heart.
Delta Gamma, Here's To You...

I have found my Dream Girl!
She's as sweet as she can be.
I have found the one I love.
She's all the world to me!
She wears the golden anchor,
and the bronze, the pink, the blue.
Delta Gamm, I love ya!
And to you I will be true.

College memories linger,
never fade or disappear.
Anchors to eternity,
with lasting love so dear.
Wherever I may wander,
All my thoughts will turn to you.

Delta Gamm, I love ya!
And to you I will be true.

Finals...

You know when finals come and you don't sleep?
You pass the point of tired and become completely insane?
Suddenly everything is HILARIOUS?
And then to top it off,
you stop caring about your finals?
You all know exactly what I am talking about.
This picture perfectly describes what that looks like.
Enjoy finals everyone, I know I won't be.

Ash-A-Wee!

I had the opportunity to take my new niece's (Ashley) baby pictures, and it turned out wonderful. Sophie calls her Ash-A-Wee!

Run Your Red Light

As I was driving home today, I was waiting at a stop light, and my light turned green. So I started to go, and someone ran through their red light heading right for my door. I should have been hit, because I stopped my car like a deer in headlights, but for some reason, I wasn't hit. The car barely missed me and sped past me. I really don't know how it happened, but I wasn't hit. I was in complete shock.
I take my life for granted in so many situations. I never think I am going to get in an accident, or anything is going to happen to me, but moments like this happen all of the time. I am so grateful I wasn't hit, and that I am ok. Life is great!

Time Is Out

So I parked in a parking meter today, because I was late for class. During class, I went down to put more coins in the meter, because it had expired, and someone had put more coins in my meter so I would not get a ticket. I know this is such a simple thing, but it made my day. How nice of someone to just walk along and put more money in each meter that had been there. I really wish I could see the person who did this and thank them. Small acts of kindness make such a difference in people's lives. Thank you whoever you are!

Grumbles...

In my family, when someone is in a bad mood, they have something called the grumbles... When I was taking my niece's baby pictures yesterday, Sophie definitely had the grumbles, because she was not the center of attention. She reminds me why I love my job so much after taking this picture.

The Last Song

The book I read for the month of April was The Last Song. It was AMAZING!! I highly recommend reading it, Nicholas Sparks is so talented. I really could not put this book down.
I went and saw the movie and had extremely low expectations, because:
A. The book was so great
B. Miley Cyrus was playing Ronnie
Don't get me wrong, I love Miley, but she isn't the best actress. Well, with my extremely low hopes, I ended up loving the movie. I even cried! (Not as much as I did in the book though.) Miley did better than I thought she would, and I definitely enjoyed both the book and the movie.

Sweeping The Green

So my whole life, I have thought golf was the most pointless, effortless sport ever. I couldn't believe they considered it exercise. Well, I decided to test golf out, so my opinions about it could be made fact.
So, I tried golfing for the first time today. I hate to admit it, but it was actually pretty fun! I went with my good friend, and we just had a blast. He may have thought I was a bit retarded at the whole thing, but that didn't stop the fun.
I think I just might keep going golfing, because I really had a good time.
Since I haven't done anything new for the month of April, we're counting this. Yay new April!

Me & Dad

So every time my mom goes out of town, lets just say my dad likes to keep track of me. He is always asking where I am going, when I will be home, who I will be with; super funny.
I find it one of the cutest things ever. Today we went to dinner together, got his car washed, and got some ice cream from Nelson's. There is nothing better than having an excuse to listen to some oldies, educating me on some of Ray Charles' greatest hits or even rockin' out to some Bonnie Tyler.
The best part is the advice he always gives me. There is no smarter advice than from my dad, he is the smartest man in the world.
I couldn't have asked for a better night with my dad.

Bengal Buddies

One of my best friends, Trevor, just got home from his mission. I think back two years ago when all of my friends were leaving on their missions, and I thought I would never see the day when they all start to come back. Well, the day has come and I just love seeing them all again. Just like the old days, hanging out with them is so much fun. Only a couple are still out and then they will all be back! I can't wait until the whole crew is reunited...

Bipolar Weather

I'm just a little flustered, and here are my reasons:
1. It is April 1st and there is SNOW outside. What?
2. As I was walking to my car with my friend, Trevor, I slip and fall ON MY BACK on the ice. The ice that is here in April? Wow. At least one person got a real good laugh out of that one.
3. After saying I was fine about 12 times while trying not to cry because my hands are stinging, I look down and there is some massive cut on my palm. UGH!
4. Have I ever mentioned I hate snow?
5. I am convinced it was because it is April Fool's Day, and I think it is the worst holiday invented.
6. I think it was Mother Nature's way of saying April Fool's to all of Utah.

Crazy Love

So I was able to go to the Michael Buble Concert tonight and it was completely BRILLIANT!! Every single second was amazing. He is the most adorable human being, and his voice makes me melt. To sum things up, I am in LOVE with Michael Buble. Too bad he is engaged.
